Dr. Conway has been with the NY Community Bank Foundation since 2002. She started as the program officer and has been the executive director since March 2007.
Dr. Conway is an adjunct professor for SUNY Empire State College. |

Energeia Partnership, Class of 2012 - Academy for Regional Stewardship at Molloy College, Energeia is committed to educating leaders for the benefit of all people who live and work on Long Island. Each year, the program assembles a "class" of no more than 50 ethical, proven leaders who participate in a dynamic, two-year academy featuring a series of one-day programs, each focusing on a particular issue.
